Access Tiers

Feature Update:

    • User can write internal notes and view changes made by users past their assigned level but can no longer respond to the inmate nor change the grievance status.
  3. View only
    • User can see if the inmate has appealed and can view changes made by users past their assigned level. The user can no longer contribute to the grievance.
  4. Cannot view
    • User cannot see any grievances past their assigned level.
